$3,000 - Upon execution of Service Agreement.
$3,000 - Upon selection of surrogate candidate.
$3,000 - Upon signing of Contractual Agreement with surrogate.
$3,000 - Upon Confirmation of pregnancy.
Surrogate's Fee / Child Support:
Surrogate's fee is now $25,000. The surrogate's child support is paid in ten equal installments. The first payment begins with confirmation of pregnancy
(confirmation of pregnancy is defined by seeing a fetal heartbeat at six weeks
post transfer), and continuing on the first of each month.
Surrogate's Fee does not include:
